Say it Better in English is a series of useful English expressions with Kurdish meanings. The expressions are used in real-life situations, and the English sentences are translated into Kurdish.

don't mention it: This is a polite response when someone thanks you.
شایانی نییە (وەڵامێکی بە ئەدەبانەیە بۆ کەسێک سوپاست دەکات)

A: "Here's your umbrella. You forgot it."
B: "Oh, thank you!"
A: “Don't mention it."
- فەرموو ئەوەتە سەیوانەکەت، بیرت چوبوو.
- ئۆه، سوپاست دەکەم!
- شایانی نییە.
