get through: make contact with someone by phone
پەیوەندی بە کەسێکەوە دەکات بە تەلەفۆن

I tried to call you, but I couldn't get through.
Sorry. I turned off my cell phone.
هەوڵمدا پەیوەندیت پێوە بکەم، بەڵام نەمتوانی.
ببورە. مۆبایلەکەم کوژاندبۆوە.
