Muslims around the world are celebrating the festival of Eid al-Adha, held during the Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca
موسڵمانان له‌ تێكڕای جیهان به‌ بۆنه‌ی فیستیڤاڵی جه‌ژنی قوربان ئاهه‌نگ ده‌گێڕن، جه‌ژنه‌كه‌ له‌ ساته‌وه‌ختی ئه‌نجامدانی فه‌ریزه‌ی حه‌ج ئه‌نجام ده‌درێت، گه‌شتی ساڵانه‌ی حه‌ج به‌ره‌و مه‌ككه‌.

The multi-day festival, also known as the Feast of the Sacrifice, is one of the two most important Islamic festivals
ئه‌م فیستیڤاڵه‌ چه‌ند ڕۆژێك ده‌خایه‌نێت، هه‌روه‌ها به‌ جه‌ژنی قوربانیيش ناسراوه‌، یه‌كێكه‌ له‌و دوو فیستیڤاڵه‌ زۆر گه‌وره‌ وگرنگه‌ی موسڵمانان.

It commemorates Abraham's willingness to sacrifice his son to God and during the festival, it is traditional to sacrifice an animal
ئه‌م جه‌ژنه‌ بریتییه‌ له‌ یادكردنه‌وه‌ی ئاماده‌یی ئیبراهیم  كاتێك ویستی كوڕه‌كه‌ی بكاته‌ قوربانی بۆ خودا، له‌ ماوه‌ی فیستیڤاڵه‌كه‌ وه‌كو نه‌ریتێك ئاژه‌ڵ ده‌كرێته‌ قوربانی.
